Sincerely, it was a wonderful stay during our recent California vacation. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was plentiful with the nightly rate. Really enjoyed our stay.

Enchanting and modern venue, EXCELLENT location so close to restaurants of downtown Davis as well as the conference center. Conveniently positioned near the State University. Also, easy to get to Davis Farmers Market.

Friendly check-in, clean and updated room with an even bigger ceiling and bathroom, for instance. Conveniently located in the city center. Again, walking distance to Arboretum Gateway Garden.

Conveniently located hotel, very close to a very nice, friendly farmers market. Breakfast with delicious eggs, beef patties.

Beds were too soft.

I loved my room, it was new-fashioned & updated. The nice bathroom with a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from downtown Davis and the UC campus. Guests praised its proximity to all the attractions while still being away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were described as clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with high-quality amenities including shampoo and coffee. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh cooked oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon.

This resulted in rooms that were unfinished and had issues such as missing towel hooks and doors that wouldn't close properly. However, the hotel staff did their best to address these concerns and offered a discounted rate to compensate for the inconvenience.

I recently stayed at Ascend Hotel in Davis for a long weekend to visit friends. The clean rooms with upscale finishes and comfortable bed, complete with bathrobes and slippers, made for a fantastic stay. The front staff, including a helpful UC Davis student, were friendly and informative. The hotel's proximity to the city center and railway didn't disrupt our peaceful experience. Free parking right in front was a convenient perk. Bonus points for the availability of Starbucks coffee throughout the day.

This hotel was set in a central area adjacent to the restaurant, restaurants of downtown Davis, and Very close to college. Also, the property was 5 mins walk from Uc Davis Arboretum. The room was large and updated with an even bigger ceiling and students-privacy, as for instance as described.

Parking was good, no space was particularly far from the door. Hotel staff was was very freindly and helpful.

Newly remodeled suite, spacious and accommodating, Jacuzzi bath, helpful staff, perfect location.

Location....near to Davis downtown, UC Davis and walking trails. Parking was good.

Complimentary breakfast menu needs to be expanded. Also, items that should have been available, such as bananas were not.

Excellent location next to campus and downtown. Clean, up to standard, bland hotel.

The airconditioning is quite noisy and makes hard to sleep but that may be a general problem of warm locations. No hot tub, although advertised. It is better to head for breakfast to one of the downtown coffee shops.
